Ownership & License
LyricsRunnerVST is developed and owned by SPS Studios.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LyricsRunnerVST for personal or business use, including studio recording, vocal production and live performance with your DAW of choice — Cubase, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, FL Studio, Studio One or Reaper, on PC or Mac.
What You Can't Do
To protect our technology and ensure a great experience for all users, you may not:
- ✕Copy, distribute, sublicense or resell LyricsRunnerVST.
- ✕Modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the plugin or any part of it.
- ✕Use LyricsRunnerVST for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
License Termination
SPS Studios reserves the right to terminate your license at any time and for any reason, including in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use. Upon termination you must stop using LyricsRunnerVST and remove it from your systems.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
