Privacy Policy

When you start a free trial, buy a license or use the contact form, we store your first name, your email address and your message. We use them to send the trial download, the follow-up emails you signed up for, and replies to your questions.

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all marketing mail immediately and permanently.

We run our own basic page analytics — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising network. For each visit we record the page URL, the referring site, UTM campaign tags if present, approximate country, device type, and a random identifier stored in your browser so repeat visits are not double-counted.

That identifier is a random string. It is not tied to your name or email unless you fill in a form yourself, and it never leaves our own systems.

We set no advertising cookies. We use your browser's local storage for the random visit identifier, your language preference and small interface state such as "you already dismissed this banner". You can clear it at any time in your browser settings, and nothing on the site breaks if you do.

Two processors, both used strictly on our instructions:

• Resend — delivers our emails, so it processes your name and email address.
• Invoice4u — handles payment and invoicing when you buy. We never see or store your card details.

We host our own site and database. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not send it to advertising platforms.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it entirely — including analytics records tied to your visits. Write to us and we act within 30 days, at no cost.

Trial and purchase records are kept while your license is active plus the period our accounting obligations require. Analytics records are kept for 24 months and then deleted.

If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you have these rights under the GDPR, and our legal basis is your consent for marketing email, contract performance for purchases, and legitimate interest for basic site measurement.
