Refund Policy

Every LyricsRunnerVST Platinum Lifetime license comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full license amount.

There is no fine print. You do not need to prove the plugin is broken or jump through support hoops. We only ask that you have not issued a previous refund for the same license.

If the trial wins you over, upgrade to the lifetime license knowing your purchase is protected for a full 30 days.

Email us with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address used for the purchase.
• Your order or invoice number, if available.
• A brief note so we know what went wrong — this helps us improve.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the credit to appear on your statement.

If you paid through a third-party reseller or marketplace, their refund policy applies and you should request the refund directly from them.

The guarantee covers your first purchase of a LyricsRunnerVST Platinum Lifetime license. It does not cover:

• ✕Refund requests received more than 30 days after the original purchase.
• ✕Second or repeated refund requests for the same license.
• ✕Purchases made through unauthorized resellers.
